Oodle Mums – Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for supporting Oodle Mums. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase or joining the Oodle Mums Membership.

This policy applies to memberships, digital products, courses, and physical merchandise purchased through Oodle Mums.

1. Oodle Mums Membership

The Oodle Mums Membership provides ongoing access to an online community and digital platform.

No Refunds

  • All Oodle Mums Membership payments are non-refundable.

  • This applies to monthly and annual plans, including any founding or promotional offers.

Cancel Anytime

  • You may cancel your Oodle Mums Membership at any time via your account settings.

  • Cancelling stops future payments.

  • You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

  • No partial refunds or credits are provided for unused time.

By joining the Oodle Mums Membership, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

2. Digital Products & Online Courses

All Oodle Mums digital products and courses are delivered electronically via online access or downloadable materials.

Due to the nature of digital content:

  • Once access has been granted, all sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits after access is provided.

  • This protects our intellectual property and digital content.

 

3. Merchandise & Physical Products

Oodle Mums merchandise is made to order through third-party printing partners.

Change of Mind

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, colour selection, or accidental orders.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, misprinted, or damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the issue and your order number

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate

Delivery Issues

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can follow up with the supplier or delivery service.

 

4. Cancellations Before Access or Fulfilment

Digital Products

  • If you cancel before access is granted, you may be eligible for a full refund.

Merchandise

  • Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.

  • Once printing or fulfilment has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

5. Exceptions

Refunds or replacements may be considered in limited circumstances, including:

  • Technical issues preventing access to digital products despite reasonable troubleshooting

  • Duplicate purchases made in error

  • Faulty or damaged merchandise

Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase or delivery and may require evidence.

 

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Under ACL:

  • You are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product has a major fault

  • For minor faults, we may offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund

 

7. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  • Your full name

  • Order number or transaction ID

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or evidence (if applicable)

We aim to respond within 5 business days.
